"Prayer is the great condition of the Great Commission" -- David Shibley

United Prayer

Much prayer, much power;

Little prayer, little power;

No prayer, no power.        —  Dee Duke

What are you experiencing in your life? Much power, little power or no power?  Do you long to experience greater spiritual power in your life? One way that we can experience greater blessings is through united prayer.

We are told:
“The promise is made on condition that the united prayers of the church are offered, and in answer to these prayers there may be expected a power greater than that which comes in answer to private prayer. The power given will be proportionate to the unity of the members and their love for God and for one another” {9MR 303.3}.

ASAP Ministries, 105 S Cass St, Berrien Springs, MI

On Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was poured out on Jesus' dicsiples in a mighty way because "They all met together and were constantly united in prayer" (Acts 1:14a NLT).  ASAP Ministries has been impressed to set aside time each work day to come together for deep, intimate communion with God and intense supplication.  There is praise for our Creator and Provider, "confession of faults" (James 5:16), and an emphasis on asking for the Holy Spirit to guide every decision, project and worker in the office and in the countries ASAP serves.  Please join us in this prayer fellowship at the ASAP office if you are able, or in "spirit" wherever God has placed you!  Thank you for dedicating time to pray for ASAP, their workers in the field, and especially the millions in Southeast Asia who need to know the good news of Jesus Christ!
